The main fields of activity of M-FM are professional advice and counsel on facility-, property- and asset management. In addition to this we would like to continue with the daily practice of maintenance, because we believe that even the best theoretical work is pointless if it cannot be carried out. Similarly even the best practical work might be inefficient if it is not supplemented with carefully planned theoretical background and systems. In our work we intend to utilize the experience and practice gained in the last 17 years, we would like to apply the softwares, service systems, constructions that we put immense effort into by developing them. Within the framework of the company we would like to deal with the following major areas: 1. Professional advice and counsel on management and any related areas. 2. Scrutiny of companies, buildings and portfolios in terms of maintenance, improving, reorganizing and developing maintenance. 3. Appraisal of buildings with view to both management and structural design and the preparation of the documentation for maintenance. 4. Upgrading maintenance softwares; adapting, training, applying and developing them for existing buildings. 5. Visual documentation (on film and photographs) of the given location, both the completed building and the process of construction itself. 6. Design and production of good quality, yet favorably priced furniture for use in offices or other areas. 7. Handling and care of further issues related to maintenance and facility management. 8. Expert counseling for major companies to assess the value of their immovable estates as well as the development of the database and record keeping system required for facility management. 9. Providing the most up-to-date FM softwares along with expert counseling in a new and more favorable scheme that makes both costly software and hardware investment and employment of qualified staff unnecessary.
